To maintain the shape of the product, stuff it with tissue paper and store it on a clean, flat surface in a dust-proof bag. Do not transport the HatBag in a suitcase filled with other items.

Direct contact with water and prolonged exposure to high humidity can cause the straw HatBag to warp, the hardware to darken, and the decoration to deteriorate.

If the product gets wet, blot away excess moisture with a cloth and let it air dry. Dirt or dust can be removed with a dry cloth. Do not use soap, oils, abrasive cleaners, furniture polishes, varnishes, or ammonia to clean your accessory.

HatBag handles, made of genuine leather and suede, require delicate care. For removing stubborn stains, use dry cleaning services.

If the product has metal decorative elements, we recommend avoiding contact with salty air, chlorine, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals to minimize the risk of tarnishing.

Is this hat water-resistant?
Direct contact with water may cause deformation, darkening of metal hardware, and damage to decorative elements. Prolonged exposure to high humidity may deform the crown and brim of hats. Try to avoid swimming in your hat, wearing it in the rain, or putting it on over wet hair. If your hat gets wet, gently blot excess moisture with a tissue and allow it to air dry naturally.

Can this hat be reshaped if it loses its form?
Carefully reshape the headwear by hand and leave it on a flat surface or on a hat stand to allow the shape to naturally recover.
