How long does delivery take for international orders?
Stock items will be shipped to you within 2 business days. All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Poland via DHL Express, UPS, or DPD. Shipping costs are determined by the destination country, with delivery times varying accordingly.
Who pays for customs duties on international orders?
Orders delivered to countries within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties, as shipments are dispatched from within the EU customs territory.
For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable taxes and customs duties are covered by us, no additional payments will be required upon delivery.
For countries outside the European Union and the United States, shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or additional fees imposed by the destination country’s legislation. Such charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the local customs authority or carrier.
Please note that any taxes, duties, or related charges (where applicable) are non-refundable, including the cases when the customer refuses delivery after the order has been shipped.

Is express or overnight delivery available?
We process and ship orders from Monday 10:00 (EEST) to Friday 18:00 (EEST). We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Ukranian bank holidays.
What is the return policy at Ruslan Baginskiy?
For Return and Exchange ,we accept items of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
In order to return or exchange the goods, they must be unused and retain their original appearance and packaging.In order to proceed with the exchange / return of a product, send its photos made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. A packaging must be exclusively a rigid paper box. Please note: all deliveries are made at the customer's expense. If the quality of the headwear will not meet the required standards, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense. Refund is made to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods before the return.
Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
Can I return a hat if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns and exchanges of items of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: the item must not have been used and must retain its original appearance.
Please note that all shipping costs are covered by the customer. If the quality of the headwear does not meet the required standards, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the item was damaged during delivery, the return/exchange will not be approved, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
