Order: 

Currently we have two types of items depending on their availability:- Stock item will be shipped to you within 3 business days. - In case you place a Pre-Order we need up to 14 business days to produce your hat. 

Orders processing time: 

We process and ship orders from Monday 10:00 (EEST) to Friday 18:00 (EEST) We does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Ukranian bank holidays. 

Delivery:

All orders are shipped with DHL Express. Shipping cost id $80; delivery time depends on destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a waybill number to track your order. We do not perform shipment to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

COVID19: 

Dispatch time might be extended up to 2-6 working days due to the current pandemic situation.

Payment:

We accept Visa and Mastercard; unfortunately we do not accept American Express but we are working to offer this soon. Once the order is placed you will receive an email with an Order Confirmation and expected date of shipment. Return:

To return and exchange we accept goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to return or exchange the goods must be made the following conditions: the goods were not in use, saved the original appearance of goods and packaging. To return and exchange you must send request to support@ruslanbaginskiy.com . Refund is made to your account within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods before the return. The goods return shipping is made at the customer’s expense. This means that the customer should pay for the delivery when sending the goods back to us. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
