Store your hat in a box or a dust bag to help maintain its shape and protect it from dust. Place it on a clean, flat surface or hang it on a wide, flat hook to avoid deformation.

After prolonged exposure to sunlight, a straw hat may change its shade and become darker. Straw and sisal are natural materials; therefore, slight variations or changes in color over time are considered natural characteristics and not defects.
